We require a $150.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit made at the time of booking. We require full payment 60 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations received after full payment is received will not be eligible for refund unless we are able to re-rent your cabin. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests on an individual basis.
We are a small seasonal business with a small window of opportunity to earn our income. We are not able to allow guests to block space. We understand situations arise that are beyond our control and we try very hard to accommodate those emergencies. We just please ask everyone before booking; if there is any doubt in your dates or your ability to maintain your reservation, that you please recognize and understand our refund policy. We will be happy to move your dates if this works for you, but we will not always be able to provide any kind of a refund.
